Reverberatory furnace

The furnace is used for operations that involve large-volume smelting and alloying. When burner flame is injected to the internal or upper walls of the melting furnace, the heat is accumulated in the fire-resistant material in the furnace. The furnace that has accumulated heat generates radiant heat, which is sued to melt aluminum.

Its drawback is low heat efficiency, so it is supplemented with heat exchanger or regenerative burner.
