Normalizing Furnace

HEating steel to the range of austenite (50 to 100℃ higher than Ac# or Acm) and making it into a complete austenite, letting it cool of in air is called normalizing.
Normalizing steel can remove its strain or internal stress and is performed to improve mechanical properties. Normalizing is performed mainly to carbon steel or low alloy steel.
Homogenizing abnormal tissues generated during processing and improving processability.
